Faith and Fashion: My Styling Look for Church & Bible Study

Hi guys! Just wanted to create my post about my fashion and how church and bible study went today. Before I start, Wednesday I was totally tired from staying up watching interesting tv Tuesday night, but all Wednesday I mostly napped to catch up on some sleep. I took most of that day doing chores around the house then on the computer and s for hours lol! Then chatted with my mother about recording for the services. Before I knew it, it was late evening so I cooked myself some dinner, watched tv.

Boy it was so delicious and I really didn't feel like doing anything after that, but I had to make my Uncle some homemade brownies. I love baking him them because he's such a good Pastor and you know it feels good to show acts of kindness. I mustered up the energy, which it was late night and I got to baking! They turned out so well and the kitchen smelled like heaven and I wanted a taste, but I didn't touch them lol! I finished and headed to bed.

Thursday I had a very early morning getting up around 6 am to get ready for an overnight stay with a client I take care of. Went to work, did some cleaning for my client. They always allow me to rest and take it easy, so I watched a bit of tv, then cleaned more and finally cooked dinner which was meatloaf, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli and it was so delicious, I put my foot in that lol!

After dinner I cleaned up, clocked out at 5 pm. When it was time for sleep, made my bed to sleep in and fell asleep and clocked in at 6 am and continued the rest of my hours and clocked out at about 9 am so I could go home and get ready for bible study and church, which starts at 12 pm but my mother would pick me up at 11 am. So I looked in my closet to choose what I wanted to wear, so I chose this cute A-line Camo dress, which has a black bodice and camouflage on the sleeves and the skirt part. I love the dress because it gives me a slimming appearance from the front. I bought it last year from Temu and they have such affordable clothing and very stylish at that! Since I wanted to wear a belt to give shape to my waist, I just used my very long handbag belt, hey! You gotta use what you have if the appropriate fashion accessory isn't available. I chose my gold accent necklace, for some arm candy, my fluffy handbag with pearl strap and my fluffy, chunky, low heels.

This is the perfect it!, It's comfortable and the material is so soft, great to move around in and the length is just right, a little above the knees. I also that animal prints are in and I look so good in them. Give me a mature chic, church vibe. This dress can be wore for brunch or even a nice date. Change it up with different accories such a deeper green handbag to add some pop of color. Add Green heels to! I love being bold, I would totally pull it off lol! Anyway we had some a good time hearing the word. Anyway, the title of this study was "Saved Once, Being Perpetual" and let me tell you, it was so good! It's all about how once you accept God's grace and are saved, that eternal security keeps on going, it's ongoing, continuous, and everlasting. Praise God! It's such a blessing to know that His grace is always working in our lives continuously. Everyone felt so blessed! We heard some testimonies, a great poem from my mother.

My mother is a quite the fashionista! She wore her Yellow flower hat with Golden clip on earrings and a Red and beautiful dress she made herself. I love the golden trimming and the cute golden bow around the neckline of her dress. As for her shoes, she wore them in Yellow. She has the most awesome outfits she makes.! At 70 years old, she still sews when she has the energy. My Aunt is also a fashionable woman at 64 and love color!

I love her multicolored, print dress patterns! Such bold color and for her accessories, she added big and bold, gold earrings a silver chain necklace and bangles and I think her shoes were Red. A black belt for the waist also.

This is my Uncle Pastor Richardson! Now this man can dress!, but today he wore a light Blue shirt with a striped ties and Black slacks. He's come a long way and is a changed man. He preaches and teaches with passion for the Lord and I just love how far he has come from the old person he use to be. He has a light about him now.

As services was over, we took the Lords Super and chit chatted amongst each other about how good service was. My mother had goody bags set on the table to grab on the way out. She always show such love in giving to the community. Today was a blessed day and I'm so thankful for it.
